Throttle Lever

The throttle lever (

Figure 12

Figure 11

) controls

the speed (rpm) of the engine. It is located next to the
choke lever. It sets the engine speed and therefore
can increase and decrease the rotation speed of the
mixing paddles. For best performance, set this control
to the F

position when mixing material.

Engine On/Off Switch

The On/Off switch is located on the front of the engine.

To start the engine, pull the recoil-start handle (

correctly for the engine to start.

Oil-Level Switch

The oil-level switch is located inside the engine, and it
does not allow the engine to run in the event the oil
level is below the safe operating limit.
