Step 8:
With you
Battery Box
bolted onto your
Battery Tray
and
the battery installed, lift the assembly up between the
side
plates
and lock the tray into the keyhole slots. Secure the
battery tray
in place with two
1/4” Pin and clips
.
Install one
3/8” x 1- 1/2” Fender Washer
and one
3/8”
Nylock Hex Nut
onto each of the four protruding studs.
Refer to photo 6.1 for the completed installation.
Torque all four 3/8” Nylock Hex Nuts to 20 ft-lbs
