to check the setting of over-speed alert.
When the car speed is higher than the speed value, it will trigger the
over-speed alarm.
Remark: this function is just for reference, because there might be some
time delay or error in detecting the running car’s real speed by GPS.

The Setting for Upgrade
SMS format:
111111FTP:IPN:X;USE:X; PWD:X;NAM:X; AUT:X;
IPN: The IP address of the FTP server to upgrade.
USE: The User name of FTP server.
PWD: The password of FTP server.
NAM: The name of upgrade file
AUT: auto updates setting. 0=close, 1= auto update.
Example, if server IP address is: 103.56.17.22, User name is topten,
Password is 111111, upgrade file is upgrade418.bin, AUT is close, then the
command is:
111111FTP:IPN:103.56.17.22;USE:topten;PWD:111111;NAM:upgrade108.bin;A
