Squeeze the control bar against the handle allows the
trimmer mower spindle to rotate. Release the control
bar to stop the rotating of the spindle.
Used for starting and stopping the engine.
Push the engine control lever into the starting notch
to start the engine. Pull out the lever from the notch to
stop the engine.
Used to carry the spare lines.
Used to pull start the engine.
Aid to adjust the upper handle to different height
positions.
Aid to cut line to correct length.
Used to adjust the trimmer head height vertically.
Used to trim grass, vegetation, undergrowth and
weeds.
Used to rotate the trimmer lines.
Injects fuel directly into the carburetor for faster starts.

1. Make sure the walk-behind string trimmer
mower is on a flat, level surface.
ADD OIL TO ENGINE

Using a funnel, add oil up to the FULL
mark on the dipstick. (See engine manual
for oil capacity, oil recommendation, and
location of fill cap.)
ADD GASOLINE TO ENGINE
2. Remove the oil fill
cap/dipstick to add
oil.
OPERATION
Keep all bystanders, especially
CHILDREN, away during operation.
Never start or run the engine inside
a closed area or in poorly ventilated
area. The engine exhaust contains
carbon monoxide, and odorless and
deadly gas.
The engine is shipped without oil.
Do not start the engine before
adding oil. Please refer to your
engine manual for the proper grade
of oil to add.
Gasoline is highly flammable and
explosive. You can be burned or
seriously injured when handling fuel.
Use extreme care when handling
gasoline.
DO NOT OVERFILL. Check engine
oil level daily and add as needed.
