8 Scanning
8.2 3D Scanning
3D scanning obtains 3D data of the scanning object.
To start 3D scanning, determine the scanning area, and set the various settings related to the scanning.
If target scanning data is to be used, make sure the scanning area includes the common targets.
8.2.1 Scanning Area
To determine the scanning area, collimate the upper left corner and lower right corner of the area to be
scanned. The internal camera will take a photograph of the provided area (if [SCAN + IMG] or [IMAGE]
has been selected).
8.2.2 Setting the Scanning Density
Set the scanning density of the scanning area determined.
Set the scanning density in both vertical and horizontal directions of the scanning area.
The horizontal and vertical scanning density settings can be entered by any of the following three ways.
Each value will be linked.
1: Enter the horizontal distance and the intervals between scanning points. (Distance, Interval V,H)
2: Enter the total number of scanning points (Point Num V,H)
(Maximum VxH point value: 100000000 points)
3: Enter the angle between scanning points (Scan Degree V,H)
