5 Instrument Settings
z PC settings (for Windows XP)
Following are the procedures to set the IP address, subnet address, and SSID on the PC.

Click [Start]
→
[Control Panel]
→
[Network Connections]
→
[Wireless Network Connection]

Right-click [Wireless Network Connection] and select [Properties]. [Wireless Network Connection
Properties] will be displayed.

Select [Wireless Network] tab.

Select [Add], displayed under [Preferred networks].

Click [Association] tab in [Wireless Network Connection Properties]

Set the following
Network name
→
gls1000
Network authentication
→
Open
Data encryption
→
Disabled

Select [Advanced] under [Preferred networks].

Select [Computer-to-computer (ad hoc) networks only] under [Network to access].

Enter the IP address, subnet address, and SSID.
Settings are complete.
5.2.3 Editing the SD Card Data (data management)
You can delete or rename the folders on the SD card.
Data that can be renamed or deleted : Project data
: Station data
: 3D scan data
: Target data
Make sure to check before deleting folders.
Once a folder is deleted, all the data under the directory will be deleted.
