9.3)Storing for a long period:

If engine will be out of service for 2 months or

more, follow the procedure below.

9.3.1

Drain off the gasoline in the fuel tank with

a fuel pump, and store the gasoline into a

suitable fuel container.

9.3.2) Start the generator, and run out of fuel.

Once the generator shuts off, turn the

engine switch and fuel switch to the “OFF”

position.

WARNING

●

Do not use the generator whilst in the

transporting vehicle.

●

Avoid direct exposure to the sun when the

generator is in the

transporting vehicle for an

extended time

.

Transport vehicle must be well

ventilated. High temperature inside the

vehicle could cause fuel to vaporize resulting

in a possible explosion.

●

When the generator is transported on rough

roads, drain off the fuel.
