I. Brief Introduction
1.1
This machine is fit for washing and drying 3-12mm flat glass.
1.2
Adopts horizontal structure, please put the glass onto the transmitting
rollers, pass loading section, and then washing, drying section and
unloading section.
1.3
Transmission speed is designed as adjustable.
1.4
The heating temperature can be set according to the process needs.
II. Operation steps
Before the machine working, routine check is needed, please operate as
below steps:
2.1 Start the water pump, turn on the switch for the sponge sticks, then let
the sponge thoroughly get wet and suck the water.
2.2 Turn off the water switch. Then turn on the water switch for washing.
2.3 Turn on the water switch

blower
→
heating
→
brush
→
transporting.
2.4 During the washing process, for perfect washing effect, you can
adjust the pressure on screws of the spring, according to the glass
thickness.
