Inspection of Stub Axle

Free gap of kingpin bo lt, spacer and bushing

Park the vehicle on the flat surface and step o n the parking

brake

Lift the front wheels of the vehicle with the lifting jack, and

disengage the parking brake

Move the wheels lightly

In case the free play is too large, the bushing is to be replaced or

the bearing clearance is to be adjusted.

Inspection of the Front Wheel Alignment

Toe -in

Park the vehicle on the flat surface.

Push the vehicle directly forward for abou t 20 steps to stabilize

the suspensio n gear.

NOTICE:

Do not pull back the vehicle o r step on the brake pedal, as it will

result in the change of to e-in.
