9.2. Main contents of the package
(1) Outer vacuum wrapping encloses the entire inverter. Remove the wrapping in order to locate the
fork pockets for lifting.
(2) Bubble wrap is used to protect displays, and other instruments located on the cabinet surface, and
to protect paint when necessary.
(3) The inverter’s intake openings are protected with a plastic sheet secured with plastic tape to prevent
dust from entering the cabinet.
(4) Whenever a wooden packing material is in contact with a painted surface, a felt is located in
between to protect the surface from scratches.
9.3. Unpacking location
Unpack in a paved floor indoor. If possible, unpack close to the location of installation.
Secure sufficient space for forklift or pallet-jack.
9.4. Guidelines for unpacking
(1) Remove the outer vacuum wrapping of the inverter for transportation. Keep the inverter in storage
conditions specified in section 8 until all packing material is removed, and protective cover and
roofs are installed.
(2) Before opening and dismantling the package, carefully observe the entire package structure and
the internal parts. Then proceed carefully not to scratch or damage the inverter.
(3) The packing list number may be destroyed when opening the package, thus confirm the correct
packing list number before opening the package, and retain it for future reference.
(4) Prepare all the necessary tools and list up the sequence to be followed before unpacking.
(5) Do not apply direct mechanical shock or vibrations to the inverter with hammers or other tools
when opening the package
(6) Do not remove the information attached to the inverter until installation is complete.
(7) Be cautious when opening the package since it contains small parts that may be lost or
accidentally disposed of.
(8) In you notice any abnormality, damage or lack/excess of components, contact us with the
packing list number, inverter serial number, quantity and all the necessary information as soon as
possible.
