Delete mp3-files
Deletion of mp3-files is only in PLAY mode possible.
1.
To delete a current record during playback, keep the erase

key for more
than 2 seconds pressed. The current mp3-record will be immediately and
without confirmation deleted – All other mp3-records will be not affected.
2. Or you select TRAC number by using << back or >> forward

keys.
To delete selected mp3-file, keep the erase

key for more than
2 seconds pressed – All other mp3-records will be not affected.
3. To delete all records, select TRAC 000 by using the << back

key.
Keep now the erase

key for more than 5 seconds pressed to enter
“delete all” mode.
4. If you are sure to delete all records unrepeatable, confirm with „ja“ (

yes)
your selection by pressing the play

key. If you are not sure, you can cancel
with „no“ by pressing the stop

key.
Mp3-file transfer to Desktop-PC or Notebook
1.
Disconnect the TK-MP3 phonecoach from the mains unit (230V).
2. The card-slot fort the CF-memory card is located below the carry
handle. To release the CF-memory card out of the card-slot, press
the black button to move card out of slot.
3 . Remove now the CF-memory card out of the card-slot.
4. Insert afterwards the CF-memory card into a (internal or external)
card reader of your Notebook or Desktop-PC
5. After connection, usually the CF-memory card will be automatically
detected as new drive on your Notebook or Desktop-PC. According
to that, simple access and use of your recorded mp3-files is now possible.
Email the recorded mp3-files to your trainees and managers or burn
the mp3-files with your burn software on CD or DVD.
To play your files on a Desktop-PC or Notebook you may need a mp3
audioplayer software, i.e. Winamp. Free software download available
at www.winamp.com.
Use only TYP I or TYP II CF-memorycards. If you want to reformat the
CF-memorycard, select only FAT32 format without partition.
ATTENTION: Formatting a CF-memorycard deletes all existing files!
