If an external participant answers to your call, please inform immediately
that you want to record the conversation. If your participant agrees, press
the
play
key to start the record. To quit record, press the
stop
key.
Before recording outgouing phone calls, expressly ask your participant for record
agreement. Without agreement is the record of a phone call conversations in
Germany according § 201 StGB illegial! Please inform yourself about the local
legal situation in other countries before you record a conversation.
Answering external calls
1.
With the TK-MP3 phonecoach you are either able to answer and record
external calls (using the public telephone network) direct with your GSM cell
phone or redirected to your GSM cell phone from any phone in your office
space.
If you want to redirect, enter your TK-MP3 phonecoach GSM cell
phone number in the required office phone. If necessary, ask your
local technical stuff to adapt to local telephone system or configure
the phone-redirection
.

After an incoming call is notified, indicated by ringing or flashing on the
GSM cell phone display, it will be automatically redirected to the Gigaset
handset phone
Telefon2
.
For direct record, make sure that
RECORD
mode is active. To answer the call press the green “talk” key on the Gigaset
handset phone
Telefon2
. Incoming calls from external telephone network can
be answered with Gigaset handset phone
Telefon2
only!

After you answer the call, the record starts and stops automatically.
If you prefer to use record
MANUALLY
mode, press the
rec./play
key for more than 5 seconds. To start now the record, press the
play
key and to stop the record, press the
stop
key.
To return to automatic
RECORD
mode, press the
rec./play
key again
for more than 5 seconds.
If you would like to train without external call option, press the
on/off
key for
more than 5 seconds to disable Bluetooth function. The blue LED turns off.
External connection / Bluetooth troubleshooting
To realise external phone calls, several wireles connections have to be
established (Gigaset handset phone - Bluetooth module - GSM cell phone).
If one of the methioned connection is too weak or not sufficient enough,
you may have trouble during your training with external phone calls.
