If you have dialled the wrong number or the number you have dialled is
not available, you cannot simply hang up only the Gigaset handset phone.
Due to the external connection established by GSM cell phone, you have
to quit connection by by pressing the red “end call” key of your GSM cell phone
in addition.
6. If an external participant answers to your call, please inform immediately
about current record. If your participant disagrees to the recording, you
must quit immediately the record by pressing the stop

key. After that
you can continue your conversation without record. If your participant
agrees, the record can be continued and stops automatically after you
hang up to quit conversation. Once you stopped recording you cannot start
a new record. For a new record, you have to repeat process from step 2 !
Before recording outgouing phone calls, expressly ask your participant for record
agreement. Without agreement is the record of a phone call conversations in
Germany according § 201 StGB illegial! Please inform yourself about the local
legal situation in other countries before you record a conversation.
Manual record of external telephone calls
1. To switch TK-MP3 phonecoach to record MANUALLY mode, press the
rec./play

key for more than 5 seconds.
2.
Remove the handset phone Telefon1 or Telefon2 from the
base station. Dial the number 3 and press the green „talk“ key.
3. Wait until the connection to the Bluetooth module of TK-MP3
phonecoach will be acknowledged (3 beeps).
4. Enter now on your handset phone the telephone number with dialling code
followed by the
# sign.
If no input will be realized within 5 seconds, the outgoing dialing process
will be terminated. In this case, please repeat process from step 2. to make
an external call. Before that, make sure to hang up your Gigaset handset
(Telefon1 or Telefon2) by pressing the red “end call” key.

The display of the GSM cell phone lights up and the phone number will be
indicated. The GSM Cell phone starts dialling automatically.
