2. Sometimes, after the cleaning of
burning pot, quantity of hot glowing
ash is
bigger
than it was last time. In
time, this quantity will be bigger and
bigger and finally, there will be to
much hot glowing ash in the pot. In
this case, when, quantity of glowing
ash is bigger than 2/3 of pot, air flow
is disabled and pellet is not burning
properly.
It is most important to be careful with
this case because unburned pellet and
glowing ash could spill over in to the
ashtray or create layer which will
block entrance trough witch pellet is
falling from auger to burning pot.
This
could result with fire inside auger
and consequently inside fuel
storage
.
Solution to this problem:
- Before you start changing the Parameters you
should check if the stove is sealed properly
because false air could be one of the reasons of
the problem.
Check the sealing gasket, on doors and
burning pot, position of burning pot,
Check if the ALL Inspection covers are
properly closed and condition of chimney).
Also, wet pellet could be one of the reasons
for this problem.
- Increase speed of exhaust fan (without
changing other parameters)
- If you decide to leave 15 minutes working
cycle that interval of burning pot
cleaning should be increased (from 30 to 35
seconds).
- If you decide to leave interval of burning pot
cleaning (30s) than you should decease interval
of working cycle (from 15 to 10 minutes)
It is important to make this by adjusting
regimes of stove in Mode 1 and in Mode 5
RECOMENDATIONS RELATED CHIMNEY:
Before installing of stove check if chimney is build according regulations and condition of
chimney. If there are some damages, they must be repaired.
For fume exhaust, classic chimney made of brick and chimney made of metal tubes are both suitable.
In case of tubes, the must be SEALED and INSULATED in order to prevent condensation.
Stove cannot be installed without chimney!
If that is the case, TIM SISTEM have no legal or any other responsibility for
damage and injuries caused by inappropriate installation and use or for any kind
of disfunctionality of the stove. This case must be noted to user!!!!
Following characteristics of chimney are mandatory:
a) Top of the chimney must be resistant to strong winds
b) Top of the chimney must be covered and protected from the rain and snow
c) Maximal diameter should not be bigger than 16cm (or 15x15 cm),
d) Maximal height should not be bigger than 5m
