Slow Cook

選單

「現煮」美味菜肴輕鬆做！

輕輕鬆鬆就能做出發揮食材原味的道地料理。

Note

●

烹調時請充分攪拌，以免調味料沉澱在內鍋鍋底。

●

要以湯汁燉煮時，請待湯汁完全冷卻後再開始烹調。

●

要以太白粉勾芡時，請在烹調即將完成前的最後步驟再加入。

●

由於竹輪、魚板等魚漿製品在加熱後會膨脹，請斟酌份量。

●

請勿使用金屬製的勺子、湯匙、打蛋器等堅硬物體。

●

烹調結束後，請去除異味。（參照P.129「清洗方法」）

●

烹調時間不足時，追加烹調前請勿按下[Cancel]鍵。保溫燈熄滅了就無法繼續烹調。（若已按下時，請將內鍋從主體拿出放在濕布上，
並打開鍋蓋，放置10分鐘，冷卻主體與內鍋。之後將內鍋重新放進主體內，開始烹調。）

西式高湯粉（顆粒）…2小匙

作法

1... 切掉二節翅的翅尖。
2... 將紅蘿蔔切成4等份，芹菜去掉粗纖維後切成4等份，洋蔥

切成6等份，馬鈴薯則切成8等份。

3... 將1.與2.的材料全部放入內鍋，加入水、西式高湯粉、鹽和

胡椒混合拌勻，選擇「Slow.Cook」選單加熱60分鐘。

4... 完成後，盛裝至容器中。

酒…100mL
醬油…2大匙

白蔥絲…1/4顆

作法

1... 將豬內切成長、寬5cm、厚2cm的塊狀，在平底鍋將表面

煎至微焦。

2... 將1.的豬肉與豆渣放進內鍋，加水至「Plain」的刻度2.5位

置，選擇「Slow.Cook」選單加熱60分鐘。

3... 加熱結束後，按下[Cancel]鍵，取出豬肉以流動水洗去豆渣

和多餘油脂，並倒掉內鍋的肉湯。

4... 將3.的豬內放進內鍋，並加入滷汁液、調味料、薑與白大蔥

的蔥葉部分，再次選擇「Slow.Cook」選單加熱60分鐘。

5... 完成後，盛裝至容器中，擠點芥末子醬，並灑上白蔥絲即可。

燉煮料理在加熱後，以保溫狀態靜置一陣子，會更加入味而柔軟。
