Controlofsafetydevices
The safety devices work in two ways:
A.
To prevent the machine from starting if all
the safety requirements have not been met;
B.
To stop the machine if even just one of
the safety requirements is lacking.
Status Action Result
operator seated.
Parking brake engaged.
Power take-of deactivated.
Emergency button deactivated.
Set the key to the start position. The machine switches on
with no errors indicated.
Machine on or in operation. The operator stands up from the seat. All the services are deactivated
and the symbol "No operator"
appears on the display (Fig. 7/H4).
To reactivate all the services,
press the parking brake pedal.
Operator not sitting down.
Parking brake engaged.
Attempt to start the machine. The machine switches on and the
symbol "No operator" appears
on the display (Fig. 7/H4).

Parking brake not engaged.
Attempt to start the machine. The machine switches on but
the symbol "Incorrect start-up"
appears on the display (Fig. 7/H3).
Machine on.
Power take-of activated.
The driver stands up from the seat. The power take-of deactivates
and the symbol "No operator"
appears on the display (Fig. 7/H4).
Machine on.
Power take-of activated.
Set the mechanical attachment lifting
pedal to the transport position.
The power take-of deactivates.
Cutting means assembly in
the maintenance position.
Try to engage the cutting
means (power take-of).
The cutting means does not engage.
Emergency button activated. Attempt to start the machine. The machine switches on but
neither the drive control nor the
power take-of control works.
Machine on. Operate the machine with a
forwards/reverse movement
and release the drive pedal.
The machine slows down and stops.
Machine on. Test drive. No unusual vibrations, no unusual
sound, correct operation of the
steering, controls and pedals.
