07 Lock & Unlock

Enter lock
code

The default number to lock and unlock COMMANDER is “1234”

Alter Lock Code

Enter lock
Code (default
is “1234”)

Enter the old Code (default is “1234”) followed by a new four digit
code. A misplaced lock code number can be read and changed
using the Toolbox application.

Note:

A timer clock is available as an option for the COMMANDER . The following menu only applies

if this option has been installed in the unit.

01 Set Time

Hh:mm:ss

To set current time.
Menu Selector knob scrolls the value in the first field. Click
the selector to store the setting and move to the next field.

02 Set Date

YYYY:MM:DD

To set current date.
Set the internal calendar using the Menu Selector (as above).

03 Timer Retrain

When a TieLine is used for 24 hour/ 7 day (24/7) operation it is wise to retrain
the modems once a day. Use this facility to ensure continued high quality
audio over the link.

Disable

Disable Timer Retrain.

Enable

When Enable is selected the menu asks for a time entry. The
system will automatically retrain the modems each day at this
time. A program break of 30 ~ 40 seconds will occur during
retraining. (Enable this facility on one Tieline only).
