1. Use both channels (A and B). Place the
4 electrodes either on the back or on an
extremity (e.g. thigh).
2. Place channels A and B in the direction of
the return venous flow (towards the heart,

back towards the head.
5. Facial massage
A tired and unsatisfactory appearance is generally the result of
psychological stress, time pressure or simply insufficient sleep.
During the facial massage gently current pulses stimulate the
skin of the face and subcutaneous regions to cause the many
small muscles to work and to promote circulation. The result is
that the facial massage promotes the restoration of a fresher
appearance. You will feel the massage as a slight itching or
twitching. Facial care can be really relaxing – pure wellness!
Frequency of use:
min. 8 weeks, min. 2-3 times a week, then
once a week
Placement of the electrodes:
position the small round electrodes
as shown in figures 1, 2 and 3 in the folder at the end of the
Instructions for Use. Electrode position 3 applies the current to
the facial nerve (nervus trigeminus), which controls all the face
muscles. This process exercises all the muscles in the upper
and lower part of the face and on the outside, in the mouth and
jaw region gently and effectively.
Stimulation intensity:
because the face for most people reacts very
sensitively to electric current, a stimulation intensity of 4 to 6 mA is
generally sufficient. Only increase the intensity very cautiously.

ity of the tissues and the specific structure of the fat cells in
this area. Both factors tend to favour the deposition of fat and
water: the curves become "soft" and cellulite tends to form on
