Contraindications/Usage restrictions
Medical conditions that are contraindications to the use of the Sane-
oVITAL device:
· Never use the device in the abdominal area during pregnan-
cy. Medically effective current can cause the embryo to be
aborted!
· If you are operating machinery (e.g. driving a car) or sleeping.
· If you have metallic implants in the treatment area.
· If you have skin and mucous membrane defects (injuries,
ulcers) and acute inflammations of the mucous membrane,
skin or subcutaneous tissue in the treatment area.
· If you have cardiac arrhythmias or cardiomyopathies.
· If you have known mental impairments or cognitive differences.
· Never use in the area of the heart or near the carotid sinus
(carotid artery).
· The device is not suitable for people with pacemakers
and/or active implants (defibrillators)!
· Allergic reactions to touchable materials are possible (for the
materials, please refer to the list of set contents in the device
description in these Instructions for Use).
· Medically effective current promotes blood circulation. It can
therefore lead to skin redness in the treatment area. Treatment
must be discontinued and/or performed under the supervision
of a physician if:
– the patient's current sensitivity changes drastically,
although the stimulation intensity has not changed.
– inflammation or bleeding occurs in the treatment area that
was not known before the start of treatment.
– increasingly large skin mutations occur as the result of
treatment.
Important information
