Since the introduction of the Wavejet Microwave Oven, there have been 
configuration changes to the Turntable Motor, Shaft Coupler, and Turntable 
Support due to the obsolescence of purchased parts.  The following is an 
explanation of these changes and how to identify the configuration of these 
parts as installed on the Wavejet. 

 

(1) Units manufactured after serial number 02-2-30614 inclusive.  The Turntable 

Motor (670), Shaft Coupler (685) or Turntable Support (210) may be ordered 
from Figure 1001 and 1002 with full interchangeability. 

 

(2) Units manufactured before Serial Number 02-2-30614.  If a replacement 

Turntable Motor (670), Shaft Coupler (685) or Turntable Support (210) is 
needed, perform the following check 

BEFORE

 ordering Parts.  Remove Shaft 

coupler by grasping and firmly lifting upwards.   Inspect the bottom of the 
shaft coupler where it connects to the turntable motor.   

 

(a) If the shaft coupling is shaped like a “+” as shown in View B, 

replacement Turntable Motors (670) may be ordered with full 
interchangeability, but replacement Shaft Couplers (685) and 
Turntable Support (210) must be ordered in sets. 

 

(b) If the shaft coupling is shaped like that shown in View A and the 

Turntable Motor (670), Shaft Coupler (685) or Turntable Support 
(210) need to be replaced, all three parts must be installed as a set if
