Before you start

Certification information (IP54, IK03)

Your Thuraya XT has acquired the dust protection certification (IP5x), waterproof certification (IPx4)

and impact protection certification (IK03) to give you the most rugged Thuraya phone ever.

• Dust Protection (IP5x)

This unit is graded at the dust protection level 5 which contributes to the phone reliability in dusty environments.

• Waterproof (IPx4)

This unit is graded at the waterproof level 4 protecting against splashing waters.

• Impact Protection (IK03)

This unit is graded at the impact protection level 3 ensuring your Thuraya XT phone can withstand impacts of up to 0.35 joule.
