TT-3606C - System Code Update

The system code in the TT-3606C Message Terminal can be up-
dated in 2 different ways:

4.5.1

Update Method 1.

Using a PCMCIA Card formatted in the Message Terminal with
the following Thrane & Thrane files stored:

•

3606C.x.
This file contains the application software.

•

loader.bin.
This file contains a loader that loads the application software
into the Flash Memory of the Message Terminal.

For a more detailed description of this update method please
read section 4.4.2.

Update Method 2.

Using a DOS system formatted PCMCIA Card with the following
Thrane & Thrane files stored:

•

3606C.x.
This file contains the application software.

•

loader.exe.
This file contains a loader that loads the application software
into the flash memory of the Message Terminal.

To update the System Code using this method please follow the
guidelines laid out in the following.

Insert the PCMCIA Card containing the new software.
