When a MES has two phone numbers, it is possible to
route calls.
• Outgoing calls from the aux. phone can be billed on the handset
phone number account.
Normally when using a MES with two phone numbers, the
auxiliary phone is billed on its own phone number (default),
but can optionally be billed on the handset phone number
account (option).

• Incoming calls to the handset number can be routed either to the
Aux phone or to both the handset and Aux phone.
A MES with two phone numbers will by default route incoming
calls to the handset number. It is possible to redirect the call
to either the auxiliary phone (option) or to both the handset
and auxiliary phone (option).
If the Both option is selected will both the handset and
auxiliary phone be ringing, and a call can be answered from
either of the two.
