BURNER TROUBLE SHOOTING
PIEZO IGNITER REMOVAL:
1. Shutdown the fryer. Follow the complete
shutdown procedure.
2. Shut-off the main isolation valve and follow
the lock-out/tag-out procedure.
3. Let the fryer cool down for a few minutes
before starting your work.
4. Remove the three mounting screws of the
bracket at the bottom of the fryer.
5. Disconnect the igniter wire from the piezo
igniter.
6. Remove the piezo igniter lock nut, then pull-
out the piezo igniter for replacement.
7. Make sure to check for sparks ignition after
installing a new igniter.
Remove the three screws at the bottom
of the fryer to remove the bracket
Disconnect the igniter wire from the
piezo igniter
Remove the piezo igniter lock nut
