Using the mixing bowl
1. To lift the arms rotate in the direction of the clockwise arm release
button (2). The arm will now move up. (FIG1)
2. Place the splash cover on the camera body and turn the cover until it
clicks. (FIG2)
3. Place the stainless steel bowl in its slot (step

) and rotating the bowl in
the direction of clockwise until it locks (Step
②
). (Fig 3)
4. Mounting the utensil required (dough hook or beater or whip) by
inserting the top in the rotating shaft and rotate in the opposite direction
of the clockwise until it locks. (FIG4 & fig5)
5. Now fill your ingredients.
Do not overfill the machine beyond the maximum amount of ingredients
to 2.0 kilograms.
6. Lower the arms with the opening button (2). (Fig6)
7. Insert the plug into a safety socket 220-240V 50/60 Hz correctly installed.
8. Put into operation the machine using the speed knob on a speed of
between 1 and 6 (corresponding to the mixing).
9. For the pulse operation (kneading at short intervals), turn the switch in
the "PULSE" position. The switch should be retained in that position
according to the desired interval length. When the switch is released it
automatically returns to the "0" position.
10. After kneading, the rotating speed controller (3) to the "0" position once
the mixing has formed a ball. Then disconnect the power plug.
11. Push the arm release button (2) downwardly and the arm is lifted.
12. The mix can now be released with a spatula and removed from the
mixing bowl.
13. The mixing bowl can now be removed.
14. Clean parts as described under "Cleaning and Maintenance".
