MAINTENANCE
- Never use a high-pressure cleaner or steam
cleaner to clean your bicycle, as the seals of
your bicycle components are unable to
withstand the pressure. This will result in
corrosion and material damage.

If you are using a hose, handle it with care -
never aim the hose directly at the bearing
components (fig. 1).
- Clean your THM-components at regular intervals by using water and a non-
abrasive, environmentally friendly cleaning agent.

When cleaning your THM components always check for signs of damage (dents,
cracks, scratches, large abrasions, worn areas, etc.).
- Periodically preserve the surface of your THM components using a high quality
protective wax or other similar agent.
