Pressure test this section of pipework to 1.5 times themaximum
operating pressure to ensure the welds aresecure.

Meter Installation
1.
Ensure the inside of the pocket and all flange surfaces are free of dirt
and grease. If cleaning is necessary, use a suitable solvent (e.g. acetone)
and a lint-free cloth.
2.
Pour approximately 40 ml of the supplied silicone heat transfer fluid
into the empty pocket.
3.
Check the O-ring is fitted to the pocket.
4.
Insert the meter until the inlet/outlet ports are parallel with thepipe
and the inlet port is pointing upstream.
5.
Secure the density meter to the pocket flange using 6 off M8 x 30 mm
socket head bolts tightened to 27 Nm (20 lbf.ft).
