Removing Manifold Assy

(1)

Disconnect Flame Rod connector.

(2)Remove Ignitor.

(see previous step)

(3)

Remove the setscrew fixing the PCB

case. Lift the case up and pull it out.

(4)

Remove the setscrews fixing the

Manifold Assy (M4 x 7 pcs, M4 with
washer x 3 pcs).

(5)

Pull the connector of the Gas Valve 3.

Remove Manifold Assy.

(2)Remove setscrew of Power cable

clamp.

Remove setscrews(4 pcs).
