Hot sudsy water, rinse and dry thoroughly. For stubborn stains use a soap filled
steel wool pad.
The quality of this material resists most stains and pitting, providing
the surface is kept clean and protected.
Nonabrasive Cleaners:
Hot soapy water, ammonia or detergent and water.
• Apply with sponge or cloth then wipe clean using a clean cloth and thoroughly dry
the surface.
Regularly apply stainless steel cleaner-polish such as Stainless
Steel Magic® to protect the finish and leave a soft lustre.
• Do not allow food deposits to remain on stainless steel for any length of time.
Mild Cleaners:
General kitchen cleaners such as Fantastik®, Formula 409®.
Vinegar:
to remove hard water spots
• Apply with sponge or cloth, then wipe clean using a clean cloth and thoroughly dry
the surface.
Mild Abrasive Cleaners:
RevereWare Instant Stainless Steel Cleaner®. Kleen
King Stainless Steel Cleaner or Liquid.
• Apply with a damp sponge or cloth. Rub lightly in direction of the polish lines. Wipe
clean using damp cloth or sponge and dry surface.
Remember, chlorine or
chlorine compounds (check the labels) are corrosive to stainless steel. It
is very important to rinse thoroughly and dry if a cleaning agent with
chlorine is used.
Heat tint or discoloration:
RevereWare Instant Stainless Steel Cleaner®.
• Apply with a damp cloth or sponge. Satisfactory for use on all finishes if rubbing is
light. Use in direction of grain lines.

Wash, rinse and dry. The occasional use of mild abrasive cleaners or steel
wool soap filled pad is okay.
Abrasive cleansers,
used vigorously or too
often,
can eventually harm the enamel.
Apply with a damp sponge, rinse
thoroughly, and dry.

When removing the grates,
care should be taken in lifting them.
Be sure
to place the grate on a protected surface.
NOTE:
Grates will develop blisters and chips in the porcelain with use due to the
extreme operating temperatures
