32 NEBULA OPERATION
REMOTE CONTROLLED SHOWS
To link a number of Nebulas together for a synchronised show or chase over a large number of dimmers, each Nebula
must be connected to the common data cable. Then each Nebula must be set up as follows
1. Each Nebula must be set with Local Shows and Remote Shows set On.
2. Each Nebula must be set to an Area ID which matches the remote show command, whether from other
Nebulas, Theatrelight Wallplates, or remote computer.
3. Each Nebula must be set to the same current show, the same Show/Chase type, and with the same start and
end scenes.
4. Each Scene in each Nebula must be set to its correct levels and fade times.
5. One Nebula only should be programmed with the correct wait times between cues- all others should have all
scene wait times set to Stop. This ensures that only one Nebula can step its cues automatically, and issue
the correct “Fade to Show Scene” commands to other area-matching Nebulas.
