CUEMASTER HARD COPY PRINTOUT
The Cuemaster II can provide a full printout of all recorded levels, fade times, cues and links, chase speeds, and the patch status on a
PC compatible parallel printer.
CONNECTING THE PRINTER
The Cuemaster is designed to print on cut-sheet or fan-fold paper on PC compatible printers. You can use any other printer which
emulates this standard.
1 Plug the printer cable into the 25D printer socket at the back of the Cuemaster.
2 Load a sufficient supply of fan-fold or cut-sheet paper in the printer and switch the printer on.
3 Set the printer to draft mode if available for faster printout.
4 If using fan-fold paper, press the printer Load key to set the first page in correct position.
5 Set the printer On-line.
PRINTING THE CUE-LIST
You can now print the levels of all Manual Scenes, Fade-Scenes, Chases and Show cues, with cue links and fade times, and chase
speeds in both seconds and beats per minute, followed by the Patch listing:
> Hold [PREVIEW] and [ALL], then enter the Record Code on the Channel flash keys above the top row of faders.
A space is left at the top of the printout to fill in the production name and date if required. Only valid Scenemaster recordings and channel
levels are printed to conserve paper. The printout ends with a Memory Status summary of Scenemasters and memory used, and totals
for all Manual Scenes, Fade-Scenes, Chases, Shows, and Cue steps.
§
Command key operation is disabled during printing, but all fades and chases in progress are maintained without interruption.
§
If there is a printer fault, the Mimic LEDs will give a long flash before the desk restores normal key operation.
PRINT CANCEL
You can cancel a long printout at any time during the printing:
> Press the [HOLD] key.
The Cuemaster will return to the keyboard command mode after a long Mimic flash.
