Place spacers into the base channel
evenly, as shown below. Begin with the
4mm spacers.
NOTE: There must always be a
minimum set of 1mm spacers used
under the glass panel.
Loosely assemble the 90° glass to wall
brackets onto the panel. The
face that a�aches to the wall should be
located inside the enclosure.
DO NOT fit the cover plates.

Note the orienta�on and posi�on of
the panel, this can be determined by
the number and size of holes and any
a�ached labels.
Using purpose made “Glass Li�ers”,
squarely insert the panel into the wall
channel and lower onto the spacers.
Take great care NOT to
knock the corners as this can cause the
panel to sha�er.
Remove and replace the panel adding
or subtrac�ng spacers as necessary to
level the panel (to a maximum height
of 14mm inside the base channel).
Check the panel is level using a Spirit
Level.

Never rest the glass across the
underframe as this may cause
