INTRODUCTION
The MaxxIce MIM series Ice Maker finds wide application in households, bars,
restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, etc. It produces crystal-clear, gourmet cube ice,
and offers convenience for homeowners and hotel guests. An insulated ice storage
bin is built into the ice maker.
This user's manual is intended as a resource for persons installing, using and
servicing the MIM series. It contains valuable information on safety and
maintenance. Maxx Ice strongly recommends that this manual be kept in a place
where
it can be accessed when needed.
The MaxxIce ice maker is designed and manufactured according to the highest
standards of safety and performance. It meets or exceeds the safety standard of
UL563 and sanitation standard of NSF12.
