KEEP INSTRUCTION SHEET, WARRANTY CARD AND RECEIPT
Step 1: Remove all protective materials. Identify parts packed in carton against the parts list. If you
are missing any parts or are unsure how to proceed with the assembly, call our Customer
Service Center at 1-800-416-3511. Do not attempt assembly if any parts are missing or
damaged.
ASSEMBLY NOTE: THE “LEFT” AND “RIGHT” ARMS ARE DETERMINED FACING
THE CHAIR, NOT SITTING IN THE CHAIR.
Step 2: Attach the right arm to the chair frame by using the bolts as shown in the diagram below.
Guide the bolts through the holes in the chair frame, into pre-drilled holes in the arm as
shown in Diagram. Do not over tighten. Over tightening may strip bolts. Repeat for the left arm.
Step 3: Insert the footcaps into the pre-drilled hole on the bottom base as shown in Fig. Hand
tighten only.
Step 4: Your chair is now ready for use. If you have any questions, please call our Customer Service

IMPORTANT NOTE: Damage to welds or frames resulting from over tightened bolts or
imporper assembly is not covered under our warranty. Please read all instructions carefully
