Kajito: Instructions for Assembly
1: Your Kajito is stored inside a black HD Cordura Bag. Undo the bag drawstring and remove the
fabric covers which are in two plastic bags.
2: Turn the bag with the kajito upside down. i.e. the bag opening on the floor and pull the bag
off the Kajito.
3: Unclip the four cylindrical arms from the central hub and let the tips down to the floor.
4: Take any leg in your left hand and push firmly down on the central hub. The chair structure
will start to open.
5: When the structure is half open select the fabric colour of choice and fit the corner loops over
the arm ends. Pay careful attention as the head end of the chair is wider than the foot end so the
arms must match the fabric.
6: When the fabric is attached to the arms you can loosely fit the webbing straps to the legs.
Pass the webbing through the eye bolt and loosely tension the fabric through side buckle.
7: Now you can fully deploy the chair structure and firmly tension the side buckle.
8: Now the chair is safely set up you can alter the aspect you sit at by adjusting the rope guy lines
on each arm to enhance the comfort of your position.
9: Gently test the chair to ensure all the lines and webbings are secure before taking your first of
many relaxing moments.
10: To retract your Kajito simply reverse steps 8 and 9. You do not have to remove the fabric or
undo any lines or webbings. Just ease the webbing through the tension buckles place your left
hand on any leg pushing downwards and your right hand halfway up the same leg pulling
upwards.
