Lie on the floor. Hold the vibration dumbbell/kettlebell above your
head with an outstretched arm. Move to a sitting position, then
finally to a kneeling position. Keep your arm outstretched
throughout the exercise.
The Following Exercises Require 2 Vibrating
Dumbbells/Kettlebells.

Squat down and place the dumbbells on your shoulders. Stand up
whilst keeping them on your shoulders, then raise your arms above
your head.

Bend forward with the vibration bells and arms extended toward the
floor. Bring your arms up to your stomach. Try and keep your leghs
straight.
12.
Support your body weight on one of the bells. Repeat the exercise
with the other arm.
