Adjusting the Length of the Exercise Band (Optional)
Make sure the bands are
secure before use.
Do not extend the bands
more than twice their length.
Over-extending the bands will reduce the
life of the bands, and cause them to break.

Secure the band to the hook.
Install the left and right band with the same
procedure

Please use a reverse procedure when the band is too long and needs to be shortened.
(If you cannot decide, it’s best to reduce the size, and then install and decide if the length needs to be adjusted.)

Push the rubber in the
center of the cap to
create a loop.

Pull on either side until you
find the side that reduces the
loop.

Adjust the position of
the handle to center.
Review the bands to make sure they are
working properly and not cracked before
use. If you see anything abnormal stop use.
Please only use when your entire
body is on the product. Begin
slowly to maintain balance and
prevent from falling.
