to lower the handlebar according to the procedure below.

CLEANING & STORAGE
Please do not use any solvents or detergents below to clean. These may cause
damage leading to electric shock, fire, or accident.
How to Clean
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust or dirt. For persistent dirt, clean using a damp cloth and a mild
detergent. Then wipe dry.
Benzine, paint thinner, liquid detergent, spray detergent, alcohol containing detergent,
laundry detergent, bleach and polishing agents, corrosive agents, or lubricants.
Be careful not to pinch your hand, fingers, etc.
while lowering the handlebar.
