13. Maintenance
Remove battery and safety kea before carrying out any maintenance
Check for any faults such as loose or damages blades, loose fittings and worn or damages
components.
Check that covers and guards are correctly fitted and are not damages in any way.
Clean the machine using a soft brush or cloth. Do not immerse in water.
Do not use the machine on wet ground.
Do not use the machine on concrete, tar macadam or other rough surfaces.
Do not use the machine for picking up things.
14. Storage
Before storage, remove the battery and safety key.
Place the machine on the side and clean the blade area. Remove all grass and debris
using a wooden or plastic implement. Clean the exterior of the machine using a soft brush
or cloth. Do not use water, solvents or polish.
Store the machine in a dry place and oil the blades.
Do not place objects on top of the machine.
Charge the battery after each use or every 3 months.
15. Trouble shooting
If the machine is not working properly check the following. First remove the battery and the
safety key.
1. Remove grass or debris from the blade.
2. Check the blade for damage. Replace if necessary.
3. Check that the reset button is pressed.
4. Discharge the battery (Run the battery until empty) and then charge for 8 hours.
5. If you have to use the reset-button frequently, raise the cutting height and push the
mower more slowly.
If this does not solve the problem take is to your local Texas dealer to be cleaned, oiled
and have the blades sharpened.
