Chapter 3

Making Measurement

Introduction

Chapter 3 explains how to make measurements.  Most
measurement functions can be selected by using the
rotary switch.

While letters or symbols identify primary functions; blue
letters or symbols identify alternative functions.  Press
the

BLUE

 button to access these alternate functions.

A. Measuring Voltages

Warning

To avoid personal injury, or damage to the Meter from
electrical shock, do not attempt to measure voltages
higher than 1000V, although readings may be obtained.
