Silicon Carbide Cavity
Insert the heaters in to the groves of SS chamber as
per specified same sr. no. On heater holder and
chamber.
NOTE: HEATERS INSERT VERY CAREFULLY
.
After Inserting its tight by screwdriver
Open back panel sheet of CALsys 1500 and
remove all Packing sheet from inside.
Insert the 6 nos. silicon heater at back side
of the inner chamber. As shown in below
image.
