Click “Device status”, then click “Ports status”, the following information will

appear in the system.

Explanations:

It is essential to review the port’s corresponding number and registered status of SIP

business.

The current statuses include idleness, waiting for dialing, ringback tone, conversation,

busy tone and ringing.
