When this function is pressed, the main measure momentarily disappears, and in its place the

reference level options appear, which may be changed by using the

keys, until we confirm by using key

Thereupon, the information on the reference level disappears, and the information on the
selected level reappears.

Selecting a reference level -

As the value is changed, these changes may be observed in the spectrum. This makes it easy
to know what the optimal reference level is for viewing the signal spectrum.
