In the
Tx On Time
check-box enter the warming-up time for setting a stable carrier
frequency prior to transmission. The value entered must be within the interval of 0.1 to
5.0 sec. over a spacing of 0.1 sec.
In the
reset Time
check-box select the warming-up time for setting the transmitter
after power up following which the transmitter begins to transmit. This time is within the
interval of 1 to 255 sec.
In the
rna Time
check-box set the time for automatic transmission of a “
trouble
“
message along with an alarm which has not been restored. The time interval introduced
is within 5 to 60 min.
When introducing any parameters, follow whether they observe the permissible
intervals. Otherwise the programme will display a trouble message when
attempting to load the file.
6. “inputs” screen
Set the transmitter input values in this screen. Specify the transmitter input parameters
from
in1
to
in8
.
The events which can be activated, i.e. for
which a signal will be received, are:
•
aL
- the transmitter sends an
alarm
status signal when a signal is perceived at
the respective input.
•
re
- the transmitter sends a
restore
signal when a signal is perceived at the
respective input.
•
Tr
- the transmitter sends a signal in case
of
trouble
the respective input.
•
inV
- the transmitter
inverts
the alarm
and restore signals.
The statuses of the events can be changed
by pressing on the respective check-box.
Use the
mode
column to change over
between the different modes for using the
respective input:
U - PullUp
,
D - PullDown
,
r - Balance resistor
.
Use the
address
and
Channel
check-
boxes to establish a connection between
the physical channel and the logical
channels to send signals about them.
