7.11 OAD
screening
This section describes the VoIPBox configuration that is need-
ed for screening the calling party number (OAD) received
from the PBX.
In the following scenario your VoIPBox is connected via ISDN
to a legacy PBX while the connection to the network is realized
via SIP. You want to make sure that only calling party numbers
belonging to this PBX are forwarded to the network.
The
CMSN
parameter is used to define a range of allowed
calling party numbers for each ISDN NT port. If the calling par-
ty number received from this port is within the specified
range, the number is forwarded unchanged. If the number is
outside the defined range, it is replaced by a predefined de-
fault number which is sent in the SIP header’s
P-Preferred-
Identity
field. The number received from the PBX is sent in
the SIP header’s
From
field.
Syntax
Add to your
pabx.cfg
file the following parameter:
CMSN<ctrl>=<default number>[,<number 1>,<number
2>,…, <number n>]
