Telepass cannot be held liable in case of improper
use of the device.
The fixed installation should be performed by a
specialized workshop, following the instructions
provided in the Installation Instruction and by the
vehicle manufacturer.
Where to install the device
20 cm
10 cm
Install in the windshield area as indicated below:
- within a 20 cm band, 10 cm above the idle windshield
wiper line
- between the median line of the windshield and the center
of the steering wheel.
To identify the shielded windshield zones, please refer to the
vehicle documentation.
Sound signals at transit detection
When entering into radio detection areas, the device emits
sound signals. If configured, the screen may display specific
messages, see "Main messages".

Transit recorded, yet the device is
signaling a fault.

Transit NOT recorded.
When entering into satellite detection areas, the
device does not emit sound signals.
INSTALLATION
Installation mode
It is recommended that the unit be installed
permanently
by
connecting it to the vehicle's electric system (fixed
installation). As an alternative, the unit can be connected to
the cigarette lighter socket (mobile installation).
