Enhanced phone functions

Step by step

Leaving a conference

Prerequisite:

The ”Allowing joining in a conference”

page 66 function is activated.

Select and confirm the option shown in the menu. Both
call partners remain connected. You are disconnected
from the conference call.

Replace the handset or, if you are in speakerphone
mode, press the loudspeaker key. Both call partners
remain connected. You are disconnected from the
conference call.

Ending a conference

Select and confirm the option shown in the menu.
Both connections are cleared down – the conference is
cleared down.

Allowing a conference

This option allows or blocks the "Conference" function.

You can also configure this setting via the Web interface

page 89.

Press the key shown.

Select and confirm the option shown.
