FIRST RESPONDER CG - USER HANDBOOK

Water Filter (Accessory)

To replace the Hydrophobic Filter in the Water Filter 

assembly, proceed as follows:

1. 

Unscrew the filter assembly (Fig. 5-8).

Water Filter Housing

Hydrophobic Filter

Assembly

Probe Washer

Fig. 5-8  Water Filter Assembly

2. 

Remove Hydrophobic Filter, then discard.

3.  Check Filter assembly Probe Washer for signs of 

damage or wear and replace if necessary.

4.  Fit new Hydrophobic Filter.

Note: The filter should be installed with the yellow label 

on the filter, facing the yellow label on the housing 

flange.

5.  Reassemble the Filter assembly.
