Ethernet Cable (for MediaHub with Power/Data Extender model only)

HDMI Cable (3m)
RS-232 Cable
DB9-3.5mm Adapter
CAB-40583D5H Cable (Control Cable needed for HD2000 STB only)
- Enseo STB and remote control
- Enseo STB Cable Kit (RJ11 Data cable and HDMI cable)
- Hospitality TV

For Enseo HD3000 STB firmware v.2.12.04+
For Enseo HD2000 STB firmware v.2.10.29.17+

MediaHub HD Firmware Version: 1.23+
MediaHub HD Video Driver Firmware: 3.26+
Configure Enseo STB: Press <Channel Up>, <Right Arrow>, <Left Arrow>,
<MUTE> to enter set-up screen. Go to Control Options and AUX panel. Set BAUD
Rate to 9600.
Follow basic cable connection diagram illustrated in Figure 1. See model-specific
connections and TV configuration requirements according to the TV make/model below.
Any Samsung North America Model + Enseo HD2000/3000
Connect STB RJ11 to TV’s DATA port using Samsung’s BN3900865B RJ11 cable.
Configure TV: Using Samsung remote control, enter the MENU by pressing <INFO>,
<MENU>, <0>, <1>, <EXIT>, Ensure the following is selected:
Hotel Mode = ON
RJP HDMI Option = HDMI2
Set SI Vendor to ENSEO.
