Rename Channels
To rename a channel, select it from the list and press the
BACK
button (
Name
). Then type the new name of the virtual
keyboard and press
OK
to confirm.
3.1.2 EPG
Displays the electronic program guide (Electronic Program Guide-EPG). Refer to paragraph 2.3.
3.1.3 LCN
The function of logical channel numbering (
L
ogical
C
hannel
N
umbering-LCN) causes the channels to be sorted automatically
according to the location required by broadcasters of the channels. In case two or more channels require the same number
of position, the receiver will autonomously assign the automatic position in the channel list in case of conflict, which may be
changed later by the user through the
Channel Manager
menu (par. 3.1.1).
WARNING
If you change the state of the parameter
LCN
, from
on
to
off
or vice versa, you may want to perform a new installation of the
entire channels list (par. 3.3).
3.2 Image Menu
The
Image
menu has the following configurations page, to adjust in line with the characteristics of the screen/TV connected
to the receiver:
1.
Aspect ratio:
screen format/TV connected to the receiver, between
16:9
or
4:3
, and its mode of presentation of images
with different format from the screen:
a.
16:9 Wide Screen:
4:3 images will be adapted to the entire screen.
b.
16:9 Pillar Box:
when the source video is broadcast in 4:3, the receiver will apply two black bars to the left and
right sides to fill the screen without distorting the original image.
c.
16:9 Pan Scan:
4:3 images are adjusted proportionately to the width of the screen, cutting off the top and
bottom portions.
d.
4:3 Letter Box
: when the source page is transmitted in 16:9, the receiver will apply two black bars above and
below to fill the screen without distorting the original image.
e.
4:3 Pan Scan:
16:9 images are adjusted proportionally to the height of the screen, cutting off the side portions.
f.
4:3 Full:
for 4:3 format screens, 16:9 images are adapted to the whole screen.

WARNING
If connected via HDMI screen has display problems, connect the receiver via SCART to set a resolution value
compatible.

3.3 Channels Search Menu
During the first installation, the automatic search for available channels is carried out. Periodically, during the activation of
new television and radio services or changes on the part of broadcasters, it is suggested to reinstall or keep updated channel
list of the receiver.

on this menu item to reinstall the entire channels list.
WARNING
By doing this, you will clear the previous channel list.
Manual search
To access the menu of
manual search

on the menu item. Then select a
Channel
using the arrow keys

to perform the scan.

Automatic search in standby
A function dedicated to configure the automatic update of the channel list during standby mode. The receiver is factory set to
perform this update at 4:30 in the morning. Alternatively, it can be disabled using the parameter
